Can I request a custom design?

Yes I absolutely do custom requests, that is my specialty! However, the level of customization will depend on material availability. 

Please go to the Contact Me tab to make your request and I'll do everything in my power to make that wish come true!

I will call or email you within 24-48 hours. 

What is your turn around time after I place my order?

Each item is made by me and made to order.  I ask that you allow me 15 business days from time you place your order to the time you receive it, depending on where the shipment is going.  If I am able to complete your order sooner than 15 days, I will indeed do that.

Can I place my order online?

I do not currenlty have on line ordering.  I am working toward having that available in the future.  Please go to the Contact Me tab to message me about what you'd like to order.  I can take credit card information over the phone for payment.  I accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards and Venmo

What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown on my site as it will depend on the destination.  I can provide an estimated shipping cost at the time of order and the actual total will be added to your order total.
